If I may say to the distinguished Senator from Oregon, the point I don't understand is why you feel you won't be paid, why you feel you have to move ahead with this when everyone involved believes that moving ahead with it precipitates them to take action to force a bankruptcy, and if a bankruptcy is forced, it is chapter 7, where the company is dissolved and no one gets paid. That is my problem with this. This is why I believe it is so counterproductive.
