If you are going to copy it, why not copy that part of it? This is not a copy job. This is somebody's innovative thinking of how they could get their minions access to the tax returns of individuals who might be political opponents or who might come up against them in some way or for general resource information to use against an individual, against a company, against a member of the press, at any given time. Everything we have tried to do, with Social Security numbers, with privacy, is to protect individuals' rights to their own privacy. Every stricture of the IRS is to protect an individual's right to privacy.
