Let me stop the Senator on that point because I think he has very well expressed what we are trying to do. We have discussed this before. I think the whole body should hear this. We know that those who are accused have basic rights. We know that the prosecution usually wants to try to get the victim in the courtroom. The defense attorney wants to keep the victim out of the courtroom. Supposing a situation arises where you have an emboldened or abusive victim, or one who is overly emotional, under our amendment, how would this work? What rights would the judge have in this situation?
