I appreciate the question. I believe very strongly about this amendment, and I believe it is going to have untoward consequences and act directly contrary to what the Senator from Oregon believes. I cannot give a precise time. I have been here all day. I have done nothing else. I would like to have a chance to make the arguments against the amendment following the comments of the chairman of the Energy Committee.
