I wish to address a question to the distinguished chairman of the committee who has done fine work on this bill. I would at some point like a vote on this amendment, if possible. I am happy to set it aside if that is helpful and not ask for the yeas and nays at this time, but I do want to vote. I believe children are at stake in this.
