to sum it up, I believe we have a man among men, a fine jurist, a fine attorney, skilled and knowledgeable in both criminal and civil law. This is the reason I respectfully submit him as someone who is really prototypical of the kind and type of background that one might bring to the Federal district court. I thank the ranking member and I thank the chairman for the rapid processing of this distinguished nominee. I yield the floor.
