I could not agree with you more that we need to talk to the Chinese about international labor standards.

So we could impose double-digit tariffs on Chinese goods either because they are a currency manipulator.

And it provides absolutely no tool for dealing with the violations that are done under the table as opposed to the top of the table.

2014 is the year that the U.S. Government needs to take action. Congress should take action, and the Administration should take action.
