I think we are just catching up with mandates that we imposed in 2010.

It is long past time that companies report what effect they have on our climate, and hopefully, society will insist that they try to reduce that effect.

It seems odd that those who oppose this improvement in our regulations are listing xenophobia...

I'm hoping that I can get you to co-sponsor what is now bipartisan legislation to say that we do not provide tax incentives for investing in Chinese-based companies.
