Congress should be fully apprised of what are our offensive capacities.

Naturally, this hearing is focusing on defending ourselves from cyber attack and hacking.

We shouldn't just be focused on defense, but perhaps in classified sessions, focused on offense.

It really hasn't given America any power, political power in Beijing.
