Thank you very much, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Speaker, let me just say the overwhelming majority of the Congressional Black Caucus supports the 800,000 young people who will be able now, if we pass this, will be able to live the American Dream. It's in our national interest to pass this. But more importantly, this is the right thing to do. Please vote for the DREAM Act. This is an important moment in our country's history. This demonstrates our American values and who we are as a people.
