Once again, this is a total waste of time. We are trying to keep the government open so that people's lives won't be disrupted. I don't know why we are doing this, but I urge my colleagues to oppose this amendment and to focus on keeping this government open, and I yield back the balance of my time. The Acting CHAIR.
