The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. _. None of the funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) after December 31, 2014.
