Thank you, Chairwoman DeLauro, for your statement and for reminding us that we have to address the health and economic impacts at the same time. One does not supersede the other. Thank you for helping us move our COVID Community Care Act forward with your leadership on the subcommittee. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Judy Chu), the chair of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus, someone who contributed to crafting our COVID Community Care Act but also whom I have had the pleasure to serve with as co-chair of the Healthcare Task Force for CAPAC, a true leader on so many issues.
