As chair of the 42-member Congressional Black Caucus, I rise tonight to talk about the health care crisis in America and to inform the American people about our actions and agenda working with President Obama, Speaker Pelosi, Leader Reid, and what we're doing to make us a healthier and stronger Nation. Since Teddy Roosevelt almost a century ago, President after President has sought to deliver health care for the American people, but to no avail.
