Just for clarification, let me make sure that the opposition understands that this bill did not leave here as a military spending bill. It left here as a government-wide spending bill. It is very legitimate to deal with domestic issues because it was a disaster-relief bill. The military spending was actually added in the Senate. So what we are doing today is very credible, very legitimate. We want to begin to end this war, and we want to do it by stopping the funding.
