It contains no exceptions for health, for rape or incest, and it demonstrates a very callous disregard for the real-life experiences of women and their families. It is tragic--tragic--that the Tea Party Republicans refuse to bring up any bill that would create jobs but would rather wage war against the women of the District of Columbia.
