I thank the gentleman for yielding. I just wanted to say, perhaps the gentleman was confused about which bill I was talking about. I was talking about the Senate compromise, which 39 Senators voted for, which the President supported, which came over to the House as a bipartisan bill. That's the bill I'm talking about.
