I just want to conclude by saying, now the VA is saying that they will reduce this backlog and improve accuracy by 2015, but waiting 3 more years is really quite unacceptable. Veterans in my district and throughout the country cannot wait any longer, Madam Chair. These veterans served our country when we needed them, and it's our responsibility as a Nation to be there when they need us. So I want to thank you again for inserting this language into the bill, and hopefully this will be the beginning of some justice for these veterans who deserve it.
