We need to vote ``no'' on this rule and this bill. We need to get back to the real business--like creating jobs-- that we should be doing, like creating economic opportunities we should be doing. We should be trying to figure out how to reduce poverty. We should be trying to figure out how to ensure our young people have the best quality public education.
