I am excited about the opportunity to work with him and other members of this Committee on this and many other water infrastructure issues.

The President is definitely moving in the right direction, but he still isn't using all the funds that come into the Trust Fund.

It just seems so unfair to me when people pay into a fund and then the fund is not used for that purpose.

I want to take this opportunity to urge both organizations to do their best together toward a resolution.
