I remain very concerned that simply lifting sanctions could reward Sudan without securing assurances that the Sudanese Government will take steps to end conflict in the Darfur region and in the South.

I voted to go after bin Laden. And if I had to do it again, I would do it again. I did not vote to stay in Afghanistan 20 years.
