I completely respect the dedication of the Senator from Nebraska to reach a balanced budget at the earliest possible moment. I share that desire, and I have my own ways of how to get there. The Senator at the same time says he does not want to slow down the supplemental, for which I am indeed grateful. As I understand the Senator's proposal--and if you could clarify it for me--is it $94 billion overall in rescissions? And how much in tax increases?
