I say to my friend that that is the whole point. When you are dealing with these emotional, difficult, terrible issues, you have to look at all of that. That is why, on our side, we are willing to say we would ban all late-term abortions, as the Senator's bill would do, except for life of the mother and, in your case, a health exception which is a pretty tough health exception.
