Absolutely. I think this argument has not been made before. Something was troubling me, as I listened to the debate, because it seemed to me that the implied sense around here is that somehow this wonderful industry can't stand up to this test. This is an industry that has performed miracles for the people of this country, changing the nature of the way we do business, the way we live, the incredible communications revolution. I think they can meet this challenge. I do not think they need to have, as my friend puts it, this special carve-out, because I think in a way it is insulting to them.
