Let me tell you, the back alleys of America were not friendly. I lived in those days. I know those days. If there is anything I can do, and I know the Senator from Maine feels as strongly--this crosses party lines--we will make sure that we never return to the days of the back alley. I think this is just one more attempt to harm the women of this country, the women who are sacrificing for their country.”
