Isn't it time sensitive that under current law a 12-year-old can walk into a gun show and buy, essentially, a semiautomatic assault weapon? There are a lot of things that are time sensitive. In many ways, it is as if the majority leader has the corner on what is time sensitive. As my friend says, it depends on who you talk to. Frankly, the people I am talking to must be similar to the people you are talking to. These are bread-and-butter issues. It is safety in schools.…
