I say to my friend, then that is the same comment we can make to our colleagues who are trying to put this on a Patients' Bill of Rights. The R&D tax credit is in effect until 2004. Let's get an appropriate vehicle where we can all walk together and support the R&D tax credit and not put it on the Patients' Bill of Rights. I thank my friend for yielding.
