Doesn't it sound great? I will give the Senator that. It is his idea. Come up with a Coverdell account, and they start it, say, when the child is first born. Then the child is 5. If this is for real, they start using it, but if it isn't for real, they will hold it. Who gets the tax benefit? Because they can afford to, they have another account for $2,000 for college. Now we are saying this is a family now setting aside $4,000 every year. I ask my friend.
