So when we look at the issue of trade, there are some who say the most important thing is the efficient flow of capital. Capital will flow to the low-wage countries, and that is the only thing we should be concerned about. But it seems to me in the United States of America, going into the next century, we have to value not only the flow of capital, which I believe ultimately will flow to the most efficient place, but we have to value the workers, we have to value the environment and we have to value our quality of life.
