I thank the Senator from Massachusetts. He calls it the Keystone ``export'' pipeline, and that is exactly right. I call it the Keystone ``extra lethal'' pipeline given the type of pollutants that come with this oil. At this time, I ask unanimous consent to propound a UC request on an issue that is completely different and ask that it not count against my time. It is a 60-second UC.
