Briefly, this is not a lot. What I wanted to point out is exactly that; that you do have a few Democrats, I think four Democrats, who have come down ``no,'' but we don't have one Republican on the other side. That was the only point I was making. So my colleague is right. You have bipartisanship, but I am asking where are the Republicans supporting this? It just seems odd to me. And to me it does feel political from your side because when you have Colin Powell, who is for the agreement, and you have John Warner and other Republicans--former ambassadors and military people--it just seems odd. I was making that point. But my colleague is right. You do have bipartisan support on your side, and I am lamenting the fact that we don't have it on ours because it doesn't feel right to me, having gone through these debates in the past.
