The Senator from Tennessee probably won't agree with my position on his amendment, but I do know my friend has worked long and hard with Senator Tester and others, and I appreciate all the time he has put into trying to come up with what he considers to be a compromise. I understand the Fed says, help me, give me guidance. I think there is a lot of guidance in the law. I think every bureaucracy in the world would rather have the details fall on us.
