Put this 2-percent solution on the table and indicate to the President that there will not be severe cuts in education, the environment, in crime, in health research, that is simply not true. As a matter of fact, our analysis that we have done thus far--and we are still working on it--shows in some cases a 7-, 8-, 9-percent reduction that will result in young people not having Pell grants, kids not getting into Head Start, Superfund sites being delayed, veterans benefits being delayed, if that 2-percent solution goes forward. I hope we can have that debate another day. I am happy to yield for a question.
