Remember that we stopped well short of Baghdad, when you are thinking what this war will cost. That is a long time ago and there has been inflation. It was $61 billion then, and $54 billion was paid for by our friends around the world. That is more than 80 percent, when you figure it all out. I further say to my friend that we had many countries sending troops, over 20. In this case, the administration is telling us we need 250,000 troops for this war, and Britain is sending in 26,000 troops. That is about right, 26,000 troops and 250,000. That is pretty much in terms of combat troops. That's it.”
