I wish to address that, if I could for a moment, for the benefit of Senator Coats. I was going to speak for a much longer block, but I didn't. I yielded the time to Senator Reed, and I retain the time I have. So I only did it because he was trapped in a hearing. But it is up to the Senators, however they want to proceed.
