I have to say, of all the bills we have taken up, this is the most bipartisan. Let me read some of the groups that support this bill, even though the Senator from Maine doesn't like it. Let me tell you where you are. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce: Pass this bill; National Federation of Independent Businesses: Pass this bill; the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce: Pass this bill; the Black Chamber of Commerce: Pass this bill; the National Association for the Self-Employed; the Small Business Majority--and on and on.
