Mr. President, I am going to wrap it up in about 10 minutes and then go to the vote. Before the Senator from New Jersey leaves the floor, if I may have his attention, I thank him so much. He put this whole vote in the exact right perspective. Big oil supports the Murkowski resolution. That is a fact. They have sent a letter saying they support the Murkowski resolution. Why do you think they support the Murkowski resolution? The reason is, this resolution would repeal, overturn, do away with the endangerment finding made by the Environmental Protection Agency that says that carbon pollution is a danger to our families, to their health. Senator Lautenberg just said it from the heart. If ever there was a vote to find out whose side you are on, this is it. What could be clearer? Let's put up a chart. Let's look at some of the public health organizations that are opposing the Murkowski resolution. I will only list a couple of them: The American Academy of Pediatrics--they know that carbon is a danger to our children--the Children's Environmental Health Network; the American Nurses Association; the American Lung Association; the American Public Health Association. Whose side do you want to be on? We had a letter from 1,800 U.S. scientists, from the Union of Concerned Scientists.…
