What we are saying is, in the event of a government shutdown, he will be treated the same way other Federal employees are treated and be treated in the same way we are treated. He can determine if he wants to challenge this in a court of law. We hope we don't ever face this. So we are not in any way changing his salary. We hope never to have to use this.
