I will conclude. I want to thank our ranking member on the Budget Committee because he talks from the heart, the soul, and from facts. If we follow his leadership, rather than the leadership of those on the other side of the aisle who want to go back to the days of high deficits, high unemployment, and chaos--and we were here; we know there was chaos--if not, then vote for this Republican budget. I hope we will vote no, and I hope we will support the amendment that will come forward to put us on the right track again. Thank you very much. I yield the floor. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Who yields time? If no one yields time, it will be charged equally to both sides. The Senator from Wyoming.
