Absolutely. In other words, if there is oil being drilled in Texas, it is on Federal lands, but the Federal lands are within Texas. Texas gets 50 percent of the royalty payment. I know in California, it is 50 percent if it is onshore and about 25 percent if it is offshore. In many of the States, including California, these funds go directly into the classroom and to the schools.
