I thank my friend for her leadership on this. I am so pleased she has raised this issue for the Senate. As we know, this Congress is narrowing women's right to choose. But I think nothing would be more disturbing than what we have before us. As the Senator from Maine pointed out through her questioning and our friend brought out through her answers, these are women who are risking their lives by joining the military; are they not?
