I have a feeling it is deeper than that. I have a feeling you have touched a nerve today which is a very important nerve to be touched. I think it is being touched in the Presidential campaign. I think it is being touched in the campaigns across our country, and it is being touched here today. If we don't stand up and do something about this, as my friend pointed out in his very chilling chart--and say there is some complication, there is a message being sent, it may be too late. I say to my friend, if he is willing and if there is some concerns around the edges which can be worked out, I just hope he won't back off this amendment in a substantial way. If there is a difference between the parties, bring it on, I say. This is what people care about in my State, and I know also in my friend's State.

My thoughts are 100 percent with that commentary. I have always believed a woman`s right to choose is about respecting a woman`s decision.
