Yes. When I go home to meet my constituency, they, as taxpayers, will say to me: Senator, what did you think about page 1030 in that omnibus bill? Did you actually get a chance to vote on it? I will say: In the big sense, I guess you could say I had to vote. It was all in one package. But I had no choice. I wanted to keep the Government going. When I raised that issue, it was not for the technical response, but I am just suggesting to my friend that it is in many ways taxation without representation. In any event, if it does not rise to that level, it is close to that level.
