I support NATO expansion, and do so for one primary reason: I truly believe that expanding the NATO alliance to include Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic will lead to greater peace and security throughout Eastern Europe--the same peace and security that American leadership was able to provide Western Europe for the past 49 years.
