I will not offer amendment No. 3309 which was a backup amendment in case I was unsuccessful. I will be offering this when it is appropriate, not when it is inappropriate. I am absolutely delighted. I make the point, this is the first time we protected medical records. I could not be more pleased. I thank the managers for their support.
