I thank my chairman. He leads the Budget Committee in a way which all America can be proud, and I believe his priorities certainly reflect the priorities of the Nation. Invest in our children. It is the right thing to do. In the long run it will help to solve our problems and save money. I understand my time has expired, and I look forward to a bipartisan vote on my amendment.
