This is the fourth time this amendment has come before the body. I have to say to my friend, I don't think it has ever gotten the attention it needs. To come in and say it is a baseless debate, when we are talking about as much as $66 million on top of the $88 million we have already lost from the three other times this amendment came before us, is unbelievable to me. It is unbelievable that we close our eyes to this kind of purposeful rip off, and to call it a baseless debate, I find that amazing.
