The gentleman has made a very, very important profound point and underscored a very profound issue here. It seems incomprehensible that a government of today would not look over its shoulder and say these are the sins of the past that were visited upon innocent people, but that it is a different day and time. I think that this Congress can and will make the difference, and you have done much to lead us toward that. I thank the gentleman.
