As a Nation, we are facing our next moon challenge. Energy is our moon challenge.

I stand with President Obama and Nebraskans like Randy who know we must figure out a way to create jobs while protecting our land and water.

The TCPA sets a floor, and not a ceiling, allowing States to experiment and give consumers more protections, should they wish to do so.

And I think that this is a closely held value that came out of the TCPA legislation.
