Chairwoman Rosenworcel, for as long as I can remember, you have been in my view the leading voice about the need to close the digital divide and the homework gap.

It is stunning to me that someone pays for something, they don't get it, but the person or the entity they paid it to still gets to keep it.

They are so hungry and so in need of these changes.

You did a great job, and I think that you answered--with your answers you were highly instructive to all of the members of the committee.
